Fairly standard interview. The hiring manager asked me to describe my experience as it relates to the job description. She was approachable and conversational. They told me I would hear from them in a few weeks. Unfortunately, I was not selected but they sent me a courtesy rejection email about 2 weeks later. The process was professional, and I appreciated that they let me know of their decision, even though it was not what I hoped.
