HireVUE was involved, so you know it was a bad experience. I was asked a series of irrelevant questions, that culminated in an extremely positive summary. The end of which mentioned that I have trouble adapting to new technologies. Despite the fact I am an electronics tech, that earned a network/ cybersecurity degree and learned two coding languages in the last year. I have a suspicion it is because I am over the age of 30. After slogging through the dystopian AI analyses, you are presented with some "games" which is just number memory, and a test of spatial awareness using shapes.
AI interview for the first round that was behavioral but pretty specific and not a fun experience. Think we all prefer speaking to a real person. Decently hard to come up with examples in the moment as they were not prototypical behavioral questions.
I got the first round interview which is a online assessment, have 6 behavioral questions and 2 game question.
