Online prerecording interview, straight forward questions regarding why you want to work there and experience in difficult situations and how you approached them etc. About 4-5 questions in total. Some were very easy with research about the company, others felt quite tough and unrelated, but clearly to see on the spot responses. Like with all pre-recorded interviews, poor experience, feels robotic and doesn't allow you to truly be yourself or learn much from.

Applied through their website. Then got invited to a video interview and online assessment (in one seating). Although after the assessment I got an email (which seemed generic); it gave a positive feedback, and stated that I passed and progressed on to the next stage. After a month I got another email saying they are now starting to review the performance of the previous stage which we supposedly already passed (according to their previous email). Then after another month I got an email saying I wasn’t successful “and we hoping you found the previous feedback useful”! Even though the feedback was very positive. Overall they take months to get back with a decision, and they send many contradicting emails. I also expected to get a feedback after I invested so much time in their lengthy recruitment process.
