You need to think of examples you can give at current role which fits into the competencies that aligns with the role you are applying for. Also had to give a 10 minute presentation (without being forewarned of this after) after being given a scenario with lots of different outcomes which are explained to you in various paragraphs, along with costings and percentages to add onto the costings!, You have 10 minutes to read and prepare and presentation of which is your chosen outcome and explain why you picked this particular outcome over the others.

I applied internally for a new position, and within 2 days of submitting my application was contacted about arranging the interview for the next working week (after the Christmas break). I then had the interview, and received feedback within one week that I had been successful in the interview. Unfortunately, I was unable to accept the position, but the interview process was great!
