Online tests followed by phone interview. Fairly straight forward interview. Very poor communication after the interview, had to wait over 3 months before finding out the outcome. Questions I was asked are written below.

Extremely unprofessional with a complete lack of respect for a graduate’s time. Firstly, I passed the initial screening and online test stages before submitting a recorded interview in November. I then received an email in early December to ask if I was available on a specific date in January, in the event that I was shortlisted for the job. I replied to confirm my availability and made sure to keep the date free. I did this for 7 weeks without further communication until the day before the interview date when I was informed that I had not been selected. The hiring team showed a disregard for their future employees’ time and personal life.

First Hirevue, then email saying you have been forwarded to the hiring manager, then interview day with case interview with 2 other candidates, after you get contacted in a few weeks about the decision.
first round was a recorded interview with a number of question second round was with two staffs third round was with a group of other interviewees to do a group interview
