Entrevista
Invited to the virtual recruitment event, submitted my resume, completed my first resume. Waiting for my results (about 2 weeks from now). I will edit my entry to further explain the next steps if they decide to move forward with me as an applicant. For this first interview they asked me 4 questions and took notes while I answered. There are no follow up questions, so I was just explaining a giving my answers in a brief like style. The questions are descriptive so it is a lot easier to give an in depth answer.

1. Discuss a recent photogrammetry project you worked on. • What were some of the challenges you faced? • What did you do to resolve these challenges? • What was the outcome? 2. Tell me about a time you encountered a work situation that was significantly more complex than you initially realized. • What made you realize it was more complex than anticipated? • How did you adjust your strategy to approach the situation? • What was the outcome? 3. Describe the types of geospatial data products and services you have created for customers in the past. • What was the type of product, and how did you create it? • What quality control process did you use to ensure accuracy, usability, and consistency? • Did you develop new guidelines or technical specifications? What steps did you take to document your process? 4. How is imagery used to create precise imagery and/or elevation products? • What measurements can be made? • How do you determine how to get more information on the objects in the image?

Entrevista
I was interviewed by three senior employees from different departments. The first part of the interview included work experience, This was pretty much tailored to your resume. The second part were STAR based questions and answers. It was pretty much straight forward.

I believe the question was something like "Describe a challenging technical situation and how you resolved it?" then "What did you learn from it?" something like that. They were layered questions.
