Through recruiter. The recruiter found my resume on line, called and said there was this opportunity in GMAC IT department. then asked me some general questions, then told to wait her next phone call. One day late, she called telling they would want me to have a on-site interview. After two day, I met the whole team on site. A few easy tech questions and behavior questions. toured around the building. It's a nice building. Big office area.

I was screened by an HR rep and given a coding assessment. She wrote back and told me I passed the assessment and they'd like to schedule another interview. I wrote her back with my availability and there was no response. I followed up a couple of weeks later inquiring again and she ghosted me. This is literally the only company I've applied to that has told me I passed an interview and then ignored me.

Talked to a recruiter for 30 minutes for the first interview, and I was given an assessment to complete that week. The recruiter followed up saying I passed the take-home assessment, and would like to schedule a 2nd interview. After that, she just ghosted me. I wrote her two emails inquiring about the follow up, but nothing. At least give me a rejection email or tell me you've hired another candidate.
