The interview takes about one hour. The interview was well structured with key questions about my past experience and future goals. Interviewers were helpful and approachable. Salary topic was not mentioned.
After an online application, someone reached out for a "brief phone call (10 minutes)". They called a few minutes late, then conducted a 30 minute interview, did not leave time for questions, and informed at the end of the interview that they were considering me for a lower position. They ghosted.

Absolutely bonkers interview where they fished for specific answers, evaded requests for clarification, and generally followed poor interviewing practices. Some of what they asked made sense, and tracks with what others have said here, but other parts were completely unhinged.
