The interview process was extremely simple and very efficient. Being from the tech industry, I love ChatGPT so I used it to help me prepare for the interview by asking it “help me prepare for an interview with National Debt Relief for customer retention agent.” Because I use ChatGPT for previous job, it knew everything about my experience and qualifications and it gave me valuable information about my skills from prior job and helped me role play for the interview. It prepared me for every single question asked in both interviews. This was great as this was my first interview in over ten years as I was recruited for my previous two jobs and never interviewed. Both the recruiter and the manager over retention were both very educated in their roles and made me feel comfortable and confident. I believe that it is very important to research NDR to be educated about their mission, roles & employee satisfaction PRIOR to applying. I used Glassdoor, LinkedIn, ChatGPT and Indeed all for research.

Entrevista
The interview process was fairly easy, overall it took a week. It was 2 interviews one with the recruiter and another one with one of the hiring managers. The following next day I got call with the job offer.
