very easy and very fast. they do a phone interview with you first and if that goes good they email you a like to take a typing and personality test, then an in person interview and if you get hired they call you right away.

Over the phone screening first with a recruiter, in person interview with a manager, offered on the spot and spent about 30 minutes doing first set of paperwork, federal background check, 5 panel drug screen (urinalysis), fingerprints, 7 year background clearance (few hours at the location), wait almost 2 weeks for class to start

Had to do a test online called in for a interview, talked for about in hour and got hired, was asked questions about pervious job and why I wanted to leave if I was so happy asked about my personality and what it takes to achieve company goals, talked about being a Manger
