The interview consisted of a phone call that lasted about an hour and a half. Most of the questions were not typical questions you’d get about your resume or schooling. They were typically about how you would handle situations that pertain to the job description. There’s no way to know the correct answer, they were just trying to see your thinking process. The next step was a tour on base where you meet a couple of the teams and see if you like it. Very exciting place with some of the most interesting test areas to work on. Not your typical job. I highly recommend applying to a position here.

Phone interview. Two interviewers, one in engineering, one in HR. A few general questions based on your resume. Mostly consisted of job-specific test operations "scenario questions". For these, they are interested in your thought process, not your knowledge.
