Interview process was pretty straightforward albeit a little long. Applied in November. Tested for the position in February. Extensive background check. Interview was a few weeks later, it was a boardroom type interview with about 7 current employees without prior notice so at first it was a little overwhelming. Completed the drug test, and was given a good offer which I ultimately declined because they could not give me a straight answer on the hybrid work from home schedule as I believe they were still trying to work out the details, and I had a competing offer with a full work from home option that I went with instead.
