I was invited to an interview after submitting my CV. I probably waited for about a month before the interview took place. The interviewer was friendly and open to questions from my side. The interviewer talked about the working environment and the challenges of the position. I was informed about the outcome of my interview at the end and I was offered the position I was applying to.
