Very basic, but honestly she saw that I was 'North American' and even though I could speak and understand everything she said - she straight up told me that "I'm not what they're looking for" and that "I'd have a difficult time communicating since everything is in Spanish" - Didn't want to hear that I have my C1, (Nice English website btw).
So I started noticing a mis-alignment between the business products and her bizzare non-english/westerner stance.
I think she saw (or the CEO saw) some edge-lord tech bro Ted talk about "how-to-hire-a-totally-submissive-person-by-rejecting-them-immediately-and-they'll-beg-to-be-highered-by-you-at-a-fraction-of-the-market-average".
Either way, if she was the front-facing 'attitude' of the company - I'm happy to have bounced out.

Mi experiencia en el proceso de selección con Napptilus Tech Lab fue decepcionante.
La primera entrevista fue muy básica y poco profunda a nivel técnico. La sensación fue de falta de estructura y preparación en el proceso.
Posteriormente me enviaron una prueba técnica extensa, que completé en el plazo indicado y dedicándole bastantes horas. Tras entregarla, no recibí ningún tipo de respuesta ni feedback. El proceso simplemente quedó sin cerrar.
Solicitar una prueba larga y no ofrecer siquiera una respuesta final demuestra una gestión poco cuidada del candidato.
Comparto mi experiencia para que otros profesionales tengan en cuenta cómo se gestionan estos procesos antes de invertir su tiempo.

Entrevista
El proceso duró unas 2 semanas. Una charla con people y una prueba técnica a resolver en una semana. Le eché mucho trabajo, siendo padre de una niña de menos de 1 año y con mi trabajo actual. Trabajé varios días hasta las 2 AM. Envié la prueba y NO DIERON ningún feedback. Simplemente me descartaron e ignoraron mi email solicitando feedback,
Poco respetuosos con el candidato y su trabajo.
