Interviewed by a team of 3. Asked about past work experience and how relevant the industry knowledge can contribute to the course. Friendly and warm environment. The questions were rather straightforward.
You are interview by a panel of 3 interviewers and they asked what you have done and how you can contribute to nyp. The interviewers are generally kind and they will also answer any questions that you might have. They are looking at fit to their culture.

First I applied online and they contacted me right next day to ask about the details. And after I give them the details, they send me the interview invitation to have an interview. The interview was not so difficult but waiting time was quite long. I waited for more than 2 months and they contacted me to come for the meeting for adjunct lecturers. HR and managers are friendly though.
