Applied online for a sales position with Nanoprecise. First interview was over the web with two people. My complaints about Nanoprecise are that what they are looking for in the interview and what they posted on their website are two different things (not precise at all). Not so bad - both parties wasted 30 minutes each. Of course, why not put some thought into the JD & make the JD what you want to save everyone's time? What I don't like about this company is being ghosted. When companies get ghosted they'll whine like a child. I sent to the interviewers an immediate thank you email & a follow up email 2 weeks later. We both invested in a 30 min interview. It's OK not to hire me - it's not OK to ghost candidates. I'm not sure why any serious candidate would waste time on Nanoprecise (between the bogus JD & the ghosting)?
