The process lasted a month. Their communication was great. Their recruiter is so excellent at his job and has a calm and approachable attitude so it's was so easy to comfortably talk about your experience and discuss with examples. The panel interview however, was so bad in my experience for multiple reasons I'd much rather not get into because everyone experiences people differently.
