I applied through a consultancy and process took more than 2 weeks. Firstly, they check memos from SSC to graduation, salary slips if working currently. First round was with HR they check your communication skills and suitability. Second round was technical round they check your domain knowledge and responsibilities in your previous job. Third round was a panel interview with CEO of the company. Just family background and future plans was asked.
