"I've been through a lengthy and somewhat confusing interview process with this company. After successfully completing three rounds, I was initially told to wait 15 days. A fourth round followed three weeks later, only for the position to be put on hold and then filled. Despite being brought back for another interview a month later, and it now being over three weeks since that interview, I've received no offer. The lack of communication and the changing circumstances have been frustrating."
