      Entrevista

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Nagarro's interview process. Here’s a breakdown: Initial Arrival: We were asked to reach by 9 AM and made sure to be punctual. However, we had to wait until 11 AM just to receive the test link, which showed a lack of proper planning. Test Setup: After getting the test link, we realized that they didn’t have enough laptops ready. They scrambled to unpack old laptops and distribute them. Once the laptops were handed out, they had to run around looking for chairs for us to sit and take the test. Unprofessional Equipment: The most shocking part was discovering that a reputed company like Nagarro was using pirated Windows OS on their laptops. Many systems displayed the "Activate Windows" watermark, and some had KMS activators lying around in plain sight. This was incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable for a company of their stature. Technical Questions: The questions themselves were decent and focused on Spring Boot (Bean lifecycle, etc.) and Java garbage collection, which seemed fair. Second Round Chaos: After clearing the first round, I received an email to schedule the second round. I scheduled a time, but a few hours later, the HR team called, seemingly unaware of my earlier scheduling. They said they’d get back to me but called again later, still unclear about the feedback. Eventually, I got an email for the interview. I joined at the scheduled time, but no panelist showed up. After waiting for 10 minutes, I left. Later, I received a rejection email, which was confusing and frustrating given the earlier miscommunication. Conclusion The entire process was chaotic, unprofessional, and poorly managed. From logistical issues to HR miscommunication and unlicensed software usage, it left a very bad impression. A company like Nagarro needs to overhaul its hiring process to reflect the professionalism it supposedly represents.

      Entrevista

The interview process at Nagarro consisted of multiple rounds including a technical screening, followed by two detailed technical discussion and then HR round. The technical rounds focused heavily on core Java concepts, Java 8 features, Collections framework, and basic SQL queries. They also asked scenario-based questions related to backend service development. Communication with HR was a bit slow after the interview, and I didn't receive a clear update despite follow-ups. Overall, it was a decent experience for someone with hands-on Java backend experience.

First round is Online Assessment. Which is having 6 sections and total of 81 questions. The time limit of 120 min is very tight for the assessment.  4 coding problems - Let's take 15min each - total of 60min 2 Sql queries - 15 min for both - total of 75min 75 mcq - These questions are not direct ones, for reading and understanding it's taking a minute. Even if you consider 1 min for 1 question, the total time required is 150min. But I would say 150 to 180 mins are required to complete this test.

I got my resume shortlisted by Recruiter from LinkedIn. I was asked to take one screening round ( online-test ). I cleared this, next round was face-to-face technical interview in office. Attended that , I was informed that I was selected and had to wait to book a slot for next technical round which was virtual . The process got stuck here, I waited for an email to book a slot, but I never received. Later, it almost took 2 weeks for HR to inform that next round would not be virtual, and had asked me to attend F2F technical again. I was ready for it, but didn't receive any further communication. I again called HR to check , where he mentioned that F2F interview had got cancelled for that day, will receive an email to book Virtual interview. I waited, but after connecting with HR multiple times, I again received Online Test link to take up for different role which was not in my experience. I mentioned the same to HR, he told their system had certain issues and they had lost complete details of interviewed candidates. This was disheartening. I am still waiting to hear from HR regarding next step. Communication is the key, it would be of great help if HRs connect and communicate rather than making candidates wait for 2 - 3 weeks.
