Hiring and Interview Process was 3 step process. All emphasis was given on the case study presented.
Step1: Case Study and you will be asked to design a solution on that case study. Please be prepared for that.
Step2: Discussion on that Case Study and doscussion on your solution of that case study.
Step3: HR Interview

The Questions related to case study and application of Project Management Principles to Case Study are subjective and can be a misnmatch according to the expectation of the recruiter. Like I had not used agile principles in my case study. The recruiter was more focused on asking how to implement Agile principles to the Delivery of the Project.

Three round interview quantitative , face2face HR. All sessions are very curative and basis industry standard. But the wait time is very high in all round of interview, I don't know why they call so many candidates in same schedule

Terrible, very unprofessional interviewer has zero knowledge of what he was hiring for. Seems like a developer asked to take manager interview. Very poor communication skills. At one time he said estimations are done by developers and not PM. which shows clear poor knowledge about PM skills.

The interview process was very positive. I felt it gave me positive insight into the company. Very professional and gave a good overview of the position. I was very plowing the process.
