There are multiple rounds. 1st is the IQ test with 50 questions in 12 minutes. These are simple logical questions. 2nd round is an MCQ questionnaire lasting 50 mins though it was completed in 30-35 min easily. This test has questions related to project management principles, Agile methodologies etc. 3rd round was face 2 face interview with a senior manager. 4th round was a telephonic interview with another manager. 5th round was with one of the company directors.
