This company is based out of Gurgaon so they had come to Pune to conduct this interview for an upcoming position in Pune. First was online coding test which was easy. But it was really poorly managed, they didn't have enough staff to manage properly, and as soon as I was done, I was asked to help instruct few candidates ! Second was a F2F round, all technical questions. Was easy enough and I cleared that. Next, I was told I'll have one telephonic round with some senior guy (Director or VP or someone, I don't remember now, it was long back), that consisted of questions along the lines of designing, architecture and all and I cleared that also. Finally there was an IQ test (online) which wasn't working at all, they didn't plan or arrange the test properly, finally after 30-40 mins of waiting they did a Remote desktop to a PC where it was working and I took that test and cleared that also. After all this, They made me wait quite a few days before requesting for my documents. After that, even more weeks passed then they called and said they want one more telephonic round to which I obliged, questions were more along confirming that I'm ok to work with other coding languages, frameworks etc. And that was the last I heard from them. Truly unprofessional lot, they were hiring for a project which they haven't confirmed yet and either they didn't get the project or whatever. they just didn't bother updating me with any status whatsoever !
