Completely disappointed with interview process. First round of telephonic interview was taken by some sensible person who was having knowledge about the IoT and platforms. discussion went for around 1 hour and was good discussion he knew what he is asking and what I am replying. Second in-person Interviewer was not even from the technology domain for which I was shortlisted. He was having no clue what he is supposed to ask. It felt like they called me before even a having a proper interviewer and they found someone just to complete the formalities. During the discussion he was busy attending calls and making calls to find out where his team members are. I suggested him that we should talk about the solutions and we can get into white boarding and discussion on the solution to which he denied. Below are the few questions which were asked during my in person discussion. 1. What is the difference between Layer & Tier? 2. What is the difference between dll, api and framework? 3. How do you sell a solution in 10 minutes? 5. What all IoT platforms are available? I took half day leave to attend this interview and was very disappointed by abilities of the interviewer.
