Entrevista
There was a 3-part interview process. The first was with 2 managers who went through a list of questions and asked for specific examples of my work and experiences. The second was with a group of 6 peers who took turns asking questions, this part was followed by a presentation that I gave on a specific and relevant topic to about 30 people. The last part of the interview process was a phone interview with the Director.

Entrevista
First department interview followed by an HR interview. Each took about an hour. Focus on: how to design online course content with different people in any subject. HR interviews would include some regular behavioral questions and also ask about supervisor references. I think they want someone with experience in learning design but not a junior.
