Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en NYU Langone Health (Mineola, NY) en may 2017
Entrevista
My recruiter called to tell me that the CSO wanted to interview in person without going through a phone screen because the position was open for over 5 months at the time. Went onsite was interviewed by HR representative then by CSO. Was surprised that while HR was in a well kept office the information security offices felt more like a warehouse with scuffed paint and old furniture. The interview started on an intimidating note. To paraphrase CSO said that he would ask a lot of questions and some people have trouble with his approach so if I did feel well I should just ask to step out and take a drink of water. This sounded like it was going to be a stress interview but despite lasting about an hour and a half I didn't didn't feel unwell and didn't need to leave the room. All told it was a discussion of controls as well as challenges within the organization. On that score there was a surprising amount of candor about the difficulties of working with the various physicians offices. Once interview was over was asked to go back to HR where the rep told me that unlike other employers hospital policy was the I would hear back from them either way. No surprise - I didn't hear back from them at all.

If you had an unlimited budget what controls would you implement?
