3+ months of multiple interviews. Feedback was almost non-existent and completely unstandardized. Much of the process appears driven by the momentary capability of the manager/director doing the hiring. Sorely disappointing process for an organization that seems to characterize itself as professional, detailed and thoughtful.

Three in person interviews with about 50 different people. This process took forever. Very little communication. Hopefully you dont need a job immediately, because this will take months. You are going to meet a lot of people who dont know what they are talking about. Seems to be a very political game. Even if you are very qualified and know your stuff you arent guaranteed the job. Suck up and you might stand a chance.
