Had a first telephone interview with the HR people, second one was a telephone technical test, third one with managers also on the telephone and the final one with HR/Managers/Technical people was on their site in Graz, Austria. (I live in Brazil). They would pay for the whole trip, but I managed to arrange everything to place the interview on my vacation travel, so they just paid for the detour. People were friendly overall, I have no complaints about the process, however I honestly thought I would get an offer despite my higher cost of relocation. That was the impression I was left with when I finished the last interview. It was my first international interview ever, so in the beginning of the process I thought I would be lucky to get the offer, but later as information were exchanged between me and the company I got progressively confident about my (possible) role in there.
