You have to apply online in the "black hole" and wait for them to call you. You have to get at least an 80% score on two of their online screening tests for them to call you. The basic office test is fairly easy and only 30 minutes, but the MS Office Suite test takes an hour and a half (timed) and it is quite extensive. Make sure that you know the names of all of the function keys.

The grammar and spelling tests are very robust. An ESL applicant could not possible pass these tests.

-MS Office Assessment: English, grammar, language skills
-In person interview: Basically just meeting with the recruiter to determine that you are a professional, presentable person. Also will discuss more about your skills to determine job placements
