Interviewed with HR, then several technical contributors and managers (several by phone), then a wrap-up interview and an interview with Senior Management the next day. I had a pretty high opinion of the technical capability of the team and the company culture after the interviews.

While I enjoyed learning about the company and the team, I believe there is an opportunity to streamline the interview process. The current process, which includes 6-7 rounds spaced over several weeks, may be unnecessarily lengthy. Additionally, improving communication throughout the process, particularly regarding the timeline and outcomes, would enhance the candidate experience.
Very smooth and comfortable, it was in office interview. There were a total of 3 rounds. Hiring manager was very polite. It felt more like a discussion rather than interview
