First the interview with the manager was scheduled. The interviewer was interested and the plan was to move forward with the panel interview, which never happened. The hiring manager kept pushing it back.

Entrevista
One round of technical discussion from California and then two rounds of coding interview. Interviewers from India had no knowledge of the technology they were hiring for and asked random unrelated questions. Coding questions were copied from geek for geeks and the interviewer was set on one solution that he knew. Then HR disappeared and never came back. No courtesy call as well to inform that I had made it or not.

Entrevista
First round was a discussion with an architect from California. The discussion was more on architecture, optimisations, use of certain standards, distributed management. That went well. Next two rounds were done by junior engineers in India who seemed to be adept at taking coding interviews for freshers. Binary search, string manipulation, etc. not much knowledge on the technology as they seemed to be new to the domain. Then ghosted. Not a single mail or call from HR or anything. Not expected at all. The same happened with another colleague of mine.
