Question on the process of the current job, and accomplishments. with examples of how i dealt with things in my earlier career.

First round phone interview with manager, very technical questions. The process of supply chain, the intercon, what's your view on this position. Then the second round interview with one of director. The questions are not behavioral one, but traditional. Eg, what's your hobby, what's your career goal, why you achieve high score in study.
