Sent my resume and then I had an interview with a consulting partner to ascertain if I was suitable for the position. Once the consulting partner was convinced, I was contacted for an interview with the NTT team who would then place me at their client site. Sat around a table with 9 other Japanese guys (1 consulting partner, 1 team boss, 3 directly below him and 4 other guys that are same level as me)
