3 rounds of interview. First on phone with sales manager, then sales head and then CEO. The interviews were fairly standard in nature with just general questions asked and not many out of the box responses expected. Stress was on job experience more than anything else

Rather weird as it didn't really felt like an interview. More like a chat, and the manager is just trying to think carefully before making a decision. Not much of interview questions and mostly the interviewer is speaking.
