Sent my CV and awaited a few weeks. Nothing happened. Then called them and was told that they had lost my CV, asked to resend, which I did. A colleague from the past also worked there and asked for me to see what had happened. Had a telephone interview with HR Robot for just 10 minutes and then nothing happened for 3 weeks. Called to see what had happened and was told I was rejected. No feedback. Traced the Delivery Director and asked for a feed back. Almost 3 days later they came back to me with a load of nonsense as I had not said how successfully I had delivered specific past projects on Linkedin or my CV and that my CV was full of wordy words that they did not understand. Ridiculous company and just that they did not like my CV or my character.
