They conducted total 4 rounds. Two were completely technical and the 3rd one were tech+managerial and the last was hr round. I have cleared all the rounds and also selected, the HR gave me the joining date also but in the end they came up with excuse like the position went on hold. This happened 2 times with me from the same company. If they don't need the candidate than why they are doing these much round for 1 hr and after clear all simply came up with new excuses. This is totally sick the way they are wasting times. I respect their decision regarding select a candidate, but if they don't want to take they can reject from 1st round why they are rejecting after asking for all documents and after all 4 to 5 round. This is a highly unprofessional thing. Request to NTT data hr to stop playing like this.
