They make candidate to wait around 4-5 hrs for only first round .

request to company : pls don't waste candidate time , inform your hr and interview panel in advance ,it looks like nobody is interested what is going on

overall good, hr was great to help, 3 rounds are there. salary negotiation happen at all stages all depends on last round avp or director present in call help to get through this process
