Short irrelevant process more personalty test than actual experience review, Culture seem to rule the day in dealing with executives. Management seemed more interested in tactics in achievable actions. Suggestions for tactics in daily weekly activity rather tan explaining their expectations was a let down. It seemed more of a show me your homework moment than a job interview.
