It would be a Neutral interview for freshers with in campus . The interview consists of 4 rounds
1) Written Exam
2)Group Discussion
3)Technical Round
4)Manager Round
The written test will be conducted through amcat, it consists of verbal,math and c,c++ mcq's. Once you clear written there will be a gap for the interview. On the day of interview the shortlisted students from written test are called for group discussion. They divide each panel consisting of 12 students make sure that you speak well and maintain a good body language. After GD you will be called for technical interview in which the questions are asked from your resume itself,basic C programs ,Project and if you are ECE guy/girl they ask about micro proccessors and communication related questions and after TR you will be called for manager round in which they test your communication skills and coding skills and they will ask you some puzzles

Direct interview it was good, there was 2 rounds of interview in a single day by end of the day HR confirmed I was selected. Did fill few formalities and received offer letter in 2016

On campus. First day we had to take AMCAT test.This was there for screening .Group Discussion followed by technical interview and ultimately the HR round.Hectic but doable process. Panel will be good. They won't grill you yet test your nerves .

Entrevista
I applied through college on campus, it was a two day process,First round was AMCAT online test (Aptitude, Technical, verbal and logical) it was a moderate round. Second round was GD it was easy round as they selected most of them from the group,Third round was Technical HR it was easy, final round was managerial HR some formal questions, questions about your project. I cleared all the rounds and got the offer letter on end of the day.
