I had two rounds of virtual interviews, for the Noida (India) location. Progressed until the final round of interviews, only to be ghosted. I'd completed the interview process by end of November 2025. There was no communication from the HR / hiring manager, for over 2 months post the final round of interviews - whether verbally or in written. The first time I followed up with the HR (in December 2025), I was told the decision would be made by the first week of January. However, there was no further update from the HR or the hiring team during the whole of January 2026. When I followed up with the HR (for a second time, via my own initiative), I was informed that my candidature was no longer under consideration as they had selected another candidate just the day prior (?). My application status on the portal still says "In Process", as of today. Extremely evasive and unprofessional behavior on part of the HR & hiring team, which ultimately reflects negatively on the candidate experience and impacts company credibility.
