80 minutes total for the interview into three parts one was the technical interview which I was sent the questions 3 days in advance. These were fairly standard but definitely linked to the role. There was a safeguarding question that I was sent in advance to prepare this was difficult and a bit emotive. Was asked to reflect on a made up safeguarding issue and give views from different perspectives. I was given a safeguarding policy of the NSPCC and asked what I thought of it and how I would respond to a child disclosing potential abuse. The final part was values based and was asked to give an example of a relevant situation and reflect on it whilst linking it to the value. The two interviewers both were extremely kind and made me feel as ease. Overall brought up some challenging situations and emotions so be prepared.

It was an online interview, very friendly atmosphere. I would have preferred a face to face interview because it was difficult in a group online. I hope they ave changed to face to face interviews again.
