Profile screening followed by a telephonic and personal interview, took 2 weeks to receive a confirmation of shortlist and requested to share the documents related to employment and education for background verification which was followed by release of offer letter with compensation structure
It was a very good interview process. The hiring managers were very experienced and polite. The company has structured its interview process very well and they have hired good hiring managers.
