I was honestly shocked at the interview. For a role that is meant to be for supporting those with autism and neurodiverse conditions the questions did not even touch on this aspect of the job. They were based on the enterprise aspect and making profit. Got a really bad feeling so didn’t even bother answering the questions fully so I could leave. I’m experienced in this type of work and based on the interview and the vibe, would avoid this organisation which is a shame as I’ve heard many good things from its users. It appears to have lost the link with its ethos and mission. In my opinion there was a real disconnect between the organisations appearance and the reality. Average interview difficulty only because the questions didn’t seem to really relate to the role IMO.
