Interview consisted of "Round Robin" 1 on 1 interviews with a variety of engineering managers. Seemed like the point was to see where the best fits were, not to thin out the field-I saw many if not all of the candidates when I came to start. Got a call in a few weeks saying I was accepted, followed up by an offer letter.
