I applied online and had one interview in Tonawanda. After hearing nothing within their given timeline of 2 weeks, I sent two emails and two voicemails to HR hoping for an answer. I heard back two months later that the position was filled and that the email must be in my spam folder (it was not). As a new grad in the field, I found the experience very discouraging.
