The interview process was comfortable. The first step was a Skype type interview and then I was asked to come in to meet with the team. I received a call about a week after my face to face meeting and was offered the position. There is an extensive background check after you accept you are offered the position.

They asked about my ability to stay calm when under pressure. They also asked me about dealing with difficult customers.
