A whole set of online questions including: 1, IQ test -which raised a lot of questions in me 2, HR 3, English 4, Technical - not testing any kind of coding skills only the theory. At the online technical interview they asked me questions, I answered most of them on a junior level, I would rate my answers as 70% correct. This percentage immediately decreased after they asked me more details about several topics. To give a reference, I contacted one of my friends who is a senior java developer with a university degree, he told me he could not explain the topics they asked me in more detail than I did, he also said they don't even use those technologies anymore. I tried to explain my experience related to the questions, to show i used those technologies, just doesn't know all the details behind it. They didn't cooperate, just wanted to have the right answers. They also asked me questions about a specific code which I couldn't see, they didn't share their screen, after multiple questions from my side they showed me the code in the google meet chat. Not to mention I could barely hear them due to connection issues. At the end of the interview I asked for a feedback, of course I only got an automated rejection email. Later the same day, they called me on the phone to advertise their java course. I found it really frustrating and unprofessional, since currently I have a job, I'm not in the need to complete courses, I'm looking for another position. Also, they asked zero coding from me, which I think is a huge red flag.
