Very positive experience. First a phone screen and then an in-office interview with three members of the team. I enjoyed the entire experience. The people in the office were super laid-back but clearly extremely smart people.

Phone screen followed by an interview at the office in St. Louis. A select number of phone screen candidates are selected for the final interview, and then it is narrowed to around 20 for the internship

First Round Interview. Head recruiter called on the phone and asked basic fit questions that delved into things like what you do in your free time, why are you interested in NISA, what's your long-term career goals, etc.
