It was a panel interview with three cross-functional participants from within the same product category. Questions are asked by each interviewer to gauge core competencies pertaining to experience, problem solving skills and leadership style. I was given the time to walk them through a few key portfolio pieces to show how my expertise aligned with the role.

Explain a time when you had to deal with a professional conflict. What was the nature of the issue and how did you ultimately resolve it?
