Phone interview... twice. HR said they lost their notes for my first interview. After the second phone interview, they said that they definitely wanted me to go onto the next round and will hear from their coordinator the next day. Never heard back! Then after two follow up emails they said that the position is filled.
they gave assignment which I completed but they select me for another role after current role was filled by internal applicant. Average experience overall. Interviewer were also okish. There were multiple rounds
Straightforward and well informed.
The HR kept the communication clear and open. The forst round was with the HR followed by the hiring manager and the Director. They are more interested in getting to know you and your aspirations and if you fit the company culture

Situational questions
Really great interview process. Somewhat easygoing with good behavioral questions. Interviewing remotely can always present its own challenges but the interviewer put me at ease and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
